Refund and Returns Policy



The product can be returned on the same day of delivery under the following circumstances:

  1. It is not as per the order (size or quantity is different from the ordered item)
  2. It is unfresh or stale
  3. If the item is not in available in fresh catch for more than 10 days

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with no parts missing and the same weight as packed. It must also be in the original packaging. After requesting the return of the item, it is requested that you store it in a deep freezer until it is picked up by a staff member.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to our facility. We will collect it from your place.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved,  your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of  working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time period, first check your bank account/ credit card statement.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
